What is instant-heating type (direct-heating type)? Speaking simply, cold water (e.g. 20℃) goes into an instant-heating type (direct-heating type) heat pump directly and goes out with terminal temperature (e.g. 55℃). Apprenlty, it's different from circulation-heating type, which need cold water goes to buffer tanks first then make water circulating between tanks and heat pumps to improve water temperature gradully (usually several degrees for one circulation).
Why instant-heating type (direct-heating type) commercial heat pumps are more advanced and recommendable? Adantages of instant-heating type (direct-heating type):
1.Do not need circulation pumps, so electricity consuption is reduced.
2.Users can get hot water when heat pumps are turned on. Don't need to wait. Water supplement is quicker than circulation-heating type.
3.Temperature of hot water can reach more than 60℃, higher than circulation-heating type;
4. Condensing systems in heat pumps are working under the pressure of less than 20Kg, which is lower than circulation-heating type and better for serivce lives of compressors.
5. Instant-heating type (direct-heating type) heat pumps supplement hot water to storage tanks directly. So even if it's water consuption peak time, the temperature of hot water for the users will not be affected. Circulation-heating type heat pump systems need cold water go to tanks first then began to heat it. When water consumption peak time, water temperature in tanks will drop quickly, so will the temperature of water going to usres. To avoid such circumstance, tanks have to be enlarged to ensure water in it not to be cooled too quickly. And, tanks of circulation-type heat pumps have to be made bigger than instant-heating type (direct-heating type).
